February 13th marked a year since my Grandpa passed away. It's hard to believe it's been a year without him here with us. Spring on a farm means time to get rid of winter's marks and begin fresh. This year there were dying trees to clear out and leaves to sweep away. All of my family joined together to help Granny with those tasks that Grandpa would have done in past years the weekend after the one year anniversary of his passing. It was good to come together to work on something he held so dear and to be with my Granny.
