Caleb's Birthday!

Caleb had an eventful birthday week! 

The day before his birthday, Samir came over to play. While Aaron was napping, Caleb and Samir helped me make cupcakes to take to school the next day.

We went to Berrylicious for frozen yogurt after school and then came home for a few gifts from Aaron, Jonathan and I. 

The next day (Friday) we had a birthday playdate with a few friends from school. I let Caleb pick a few guests for his party so it was a nice, small gathering. Caleb debated between Ninja Turtles and Lunar Jim for his birthday party and finally settled on Lunar Jim. It's a Canadian/UK children's program that we watch on Netflix. Talk about tough to theme a party around something I can't buy! I printed out a few pictures from the show and just went general space theme for the rest...I definitely had to be creative!

We had a great time celebrating Caleb's birthday the weekend before with family, the day before while making cupcakes, the day of just as our small family and the next day at his playdate party...poor kid had so much birthday that he was fairly bummed for it to be over. Thanks to everyone that made his week so special!
